Egg Burger

Here is a burger with an egg.

Ingredients

  • 4 buns
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/3 cup onions

Steps

  1. Mix ground beef with seasonings.
  2. Form beef into 4 patties. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  3. Preheat cast iron skillet.
  4. Cook onions, then set on side plate.
  5. Put patties on skillet. 3 minutes per side. Since the onions were cooked in the same pan, patties will get some nice subtle flavoring.
  6. Add cheese and onions.
  7. Put inside of buns on the skillet for 1 minute for crispiness.
